Colds & flu in babies can be tough — for both mama and baby. Here are some gentle ways to help your little one feel better 🐣:

👃 1. Clear that Little Nose
Use a saline spray and a nasal aspirator to gently unblock baby’s nose. It helps them breathe (and feed!) better.

💦 2. Keep Baby Hydrated
Offer frequent milk feeds — breast or formula. Fluids keep them strong and help flush out the virus.

🌬️ 3. Use a Humidifier
A cool mist humidifier can soothe stuffy noses and dry coughs, especially at night.

🛏️ 4. Let Baby Rest
Cuddles, contact naps, and quiet time help baby heal. Cancel the busy schedule for now.

A mild fever is normal — but call your doctor if baby is under 3 months old or fever is high (38°C+).
