Return/Exchanges/Refund due to this reason will be not entertained. Kindly make yourself aware of the products uniqueness prior to placing an order. For products that are power loom, the feel, the comfort, the softer touch ones will be only in consideration for The Feel Boutique customers. For pre-booking orders, once the confirmation and payment is completed for a product, the order will be in the making, we can expect 2-3 weeks for the product to reach UAE, if UAE is the final destination. For steadily available products in UAE, once the payment is made, the product will reach your hand in 2-3 working days.
