about the material before ordering and ask us the queries before placing order. Standard blouse length: Approx 80 cms unless specified. Order once placed cannot be cancelled/modified with other product or other color.
3. Delivery time: The product will be dispatched to courier within 12 to 15 working days (weekends/Indian holidays/UAE holidays not included) from the order date. Please plan accordingly and kindly place the order in advance. Once the product is dispatched, courier will contact you in 1-3 working days to arrange for delivery. If there is any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you posted. Once the order is dispatched to courier, we provide your courier tracking details, we request you to directly contact courier for any queries related to delivery as it is not in our control.
4. Refund and Return Policy: We will replace an item if you received it in a damaged state or received wrong item. It has to be informed within 24 hours of receiving the order with mandatory uncut 360 degree opening video.
5. Video details for claiming issues: We do quality check before dispatch hence in order to claim any damage/issues, 360 degree opening video is mandatory as soon as the customer receives the item showing address and all four sides of parcel. No pause and cut in the video, it should be complete from beginning to end and any issues should be highlighted in the video itself, otherwise any complaints will not be accepted at any circumstances.
6. Please be informed that thread pulls or zari line missing or minor holes are usual in saree weaving and not considered as defective/damage.
7. Color Variation: Please be noted that there will be slight variations in the color due to different screen resolution, refund/return not accepted for color variations.
8. Hand block Printed materials: Please be informed that the hand block printed material are involving manual human work, there could be some stain like spots or smudges. This is usual in hand-block printing and not considered as defect/damage.
9. Delivery Address: Please provide full address and contact details in order to place the order, will not be accepted otherwise.
