Police Major Inar Vic V. Florece from the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) graduated as Top 1 in the International Police Exchange Program at the Abu Dhabi Police College, United Arab Emirates, on January 29, 2026.
The program, organized by the UAE Ministry of Interior in partnership with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), focused on advancing modern policing skills, leadership, and global law enforcement cooperation.
He outperformed 52 fellow international participants from 35 countries.
