Meeting Room “Mint”

As part of the project, we developed a series of themed meeting rooms reflecting the names of the client’s apart-hotels, each combining a reference to both color and an edible product. The idea was interpreted in a subtle, non-literal way.

A key challenge was not only to convey the “mint” concept discreetly, but also to integrate it into a loft aesthetic—two seemingly opposing directions. We resolved this through layering: using a core loft material—metal—finished in a mint tone, combined with a concrete-effect decorative plaster backdrop. This interplay allowed us to express both softness and freshness while preserving an industrial character.

The “Mint” room was designed as a soft lounge space for informal meetings, incorporating sofas relocated from the client’s previous office.

The color concept is expressed through a mint-toned carpet. The botanical reference is abstracted: lime-colored metal grilles, inspired by the vein structure of mint leaves, are positioned in front of a concrete-effect decorative plaster finish.

The material palette combines concrete textures and metal elements. A fragmented metal light fixture echoes the geometry of the grilles, reinforcing the overall concept.

Tinted mirrors were added to visually expand the compact space.

The result is a balanced interior that merges industrial character with a subtle organic reference.

Переговорная комната «Мята»

В рамках проекта мы разработали серию тематических переговорных, отражающих названия апарт-отелей клиента, каждая из которых объединяет ассоциации с цветом и съедобным продуктом. Идея была интерпретирована в деликатной, ненавязчивой форме, без прямых отсылок.

Ключевой задачей было не только передать концепцию «мяты» тонко, но и интегрировать её в эстетику лофта — двух, на первый взгляд, противоположных направлений. Мы решили это через принцип многослойности: использовали базовый для лофта материал — металл — с мятным оттенком, в сочетании с декоративной штукатуркой под бетон. Такое взаимодействие позволило выразить мягкость и свежесть, сохранив при этом индустриальный характер пространства.

What if your living room could feel twice as big? ✨

We reworked the layout by shifting the bulky bar peninsula and opening up the space. By extending into part of the old terrace and unifying the dining + living areas with blue accents, the whole space now feels seamless and expansive.

The result? A bigger, brighter living room made for hosting. 💙

Our client challenged us to create three meeting rooms inspired by the names of their hotels — each referring to both a color and a natural element. The direction was clear: no literal references, only refined, conceptual interpretation.

For the main boardroom — Orange — we translated the idea through material and form.

Backlit Orange Onyx slabs, cut in cross-section, reveal soft concentric patterns — subtly echoing the essence of an orange without ever stating it. A sculptural pendant with rounded glass forms continues this language above the table.

As the overall concept was a premium loft, we preserved its character through materiality: a microcement-finish table, deep ebony-toned wood, and dark architectural paneling. The result is layered, restrained, and distinctly elevated.

Проектирование за пределами очевидного — потому что именно там живёт настоящая роскошь.

Наш клиент поставил перед нами задачу создать три переговорные комнаты, вдохновлённые названиями их отелей — каждое из которых отсылает одновременно к цвету и природному элементу. Направление было чётким: никаких буквальных отсылок, только утончённая концептуальная интерпретация.

Для основной переговорной — Orange — мы передали идею через материалы и форму.

Подсвеченные плиты оранжевого оникса, распиленные в поперечном сечении, раскрывают мягкие концентрические узоры — тонко отсылая к сути апельсина, не говоря об этом напрямую. Скульптурный подвесной светильник с округлыми стеклянными формами продолжает эту визуальную линию над столом.

Поскольку общей концепцией был премиальный лофт, мы сохранили его характер через материалы: стол с отделкой микроцементом, древесину глубокого оттенка эбони и тёмные архитектурные панели. В результате пространство получилось многослойным, сдержанным и выразительно утончённым.

We introduced wooden flooring, soft textures, and a muted palette of grey, greyish blue, and olive green 🌿
No heavy panels. No visual overload.

Instead—carefully curated furniture, Scandinavian design pieces, and impressionist art that brings emotion into the space.

The direction became clear: modern Scandinavian.
Clean lines. Warm materials. Quiet sophistication.

The result?
A home where art defines the character…
and minimalism feels warm, lived-in, and deeply personal.

Наш клиент хотел чистое, современное пространство —
но с ощущением уюта и индивидуальности.

Мы добавили деревянные полы, мягкие текстуры и приглушённую палитру серого, серо-голубого и оливково-зелёного 🌿
Никаких тяжёлых панелей. Никакой визуальной перегруженности.

Вместо этого — тщательно подобранная мебель, предметы в скандинавском стиле и импрессионистское искусство, которое привносит эмоции в пространство.

What if a windowless room could feel full of light?

The client came to us with a clear challenge: design a cozy meeting room for two, in the same loft style as the office, but with a unique identity tied to a fruit and color concept.

We translated this into a subtle lime-inspired atmosphere — not literal, but through accents. Lime tones appear in the sofas, carpet, and tinted backlit glass, balanced with core loft materials: concrete-textured plaster, metal, and dark wood.

The biggest constraint was the lack of windows. Instead of standard lighting, we introduced a glowing ceiling and a backlit glass wall, creating the illusion of natural light and expanding the space.

To keep the space true to the loft aesthetic — and avoid anything too soft or playful — we introduced metal cables and grids. They echo the geometry of lime slices, but in a raw, industrial way that feels coherent with the overall style.

Что если комната без окон может ощущаться наполненной светом?

Клиент пришёл к нам с чёткой задачей: спроектировать уютную переговорную для двоих в том же лофт-стиле, что и офис, но с уникальной айдентикой, связанной с фруктом и цветом.

Мы интерпретировали это как атмосферу с лёгким намёком на лайм — не буквально, а через акценты. Оттенки лайма появились в диванах, ковре и тонированном стекле с подсветкой, уравновешенные базовыми материалами лофта: штукатуркой под бетон, металлом и тёмным деревом.

Главным ограничением было отсутствие окон. Вместо стандартного освещения мы добавили светящийся потолок и стеклянную стену с подсветкой, создавая иллюзию естественного света и визуально расширяя пространство.

Чтобы сохранить характер лофта — и избежать излишней мягкости или игривости — мы ввели металлические тросы и решётки. Они перекликаются с геометрией дольки лайма, но в более грубой, индустриальной форме, гармонирующей с общим стилем.

Where did we optimize — and how?

Instead of replacing all window frames, we used high-quality wrapping.
The old grey frames became matte black, dramatically upgrading the visual impact at a fraction of the cost.
We applied the same strategy to the doors — transforming their appearance without full replacement.
In secondary spaces, like the guest room and maid’s room, we selected more economical solutions while still maintaining cohesion.
The result is a home that feels high-end and intentional —
because the budget was allocated strategically, not randomly.

Где мы оптимизировали — и как?

Вместо полной замены оконных рам мы использовали качественную оклейку.
Старые серые рамы стали матово-чёрными, что значительно усилило визуальный эффект при минимальных затратах.
Тот же подход мы применили к дверям — изменили их внешний вид без полной замены.
Во второстепенных помещениях, таких как гостевая комната и комната для персонала, мы выбрали более экономичные решения, сохранив при этом целостность дизайна.
В результате получился интерьер, который выглядит дорого и продуманно — потому что бюджет был распределён стратегически, а не случайно.

What if a reception could do more than just welcome?

In this Business Bay office, we set out to completely rethink the role of a reception area.
The client challenged us to create a multifunctional focal point — one that seamlessly transforms into a bar for guests and a co-working hub for the team, all within a limited footprint.

Our answer was a sculptural, fluid form that anchors the entire space.

Inspired by the soft geometry of the interior, we designed the reception as a fully walkable, 360-degree element with smooth, rounded lines that echo the curved glass partitions throughout the office. The result is not just a desk, but a spatial centerpiece that invites movement, interaction, and curiosity.

The functionality is layered:
– A welcoming reception zone
– A fully integrated bar to entertain guests
– Two rows of built-in benches for co-working and informal meetings

Every detail was crafted to elevate the experience. Premium materials define the composition — natural marble at the bar, warm solid wood shaped into a signature sculptural twist, and illuminated glass shelving that adds depth and atmosphere.

This is more than a reception.
It’s a statement piece.
A place where first impressions turn into lasting ones.

В этом офисе в Business Bay мы поставили перед собой задачу полностью переосмыслить роль зоны ресепшена. Клиент предложил нам создать многофункциональный центр притяжения — такой, который легко превращается в бар для гостей и коворкинг-пространство для команды, оставаясь при этом в пределах ограниченной площади.

Нашим решением стала скульптурная, плавная форма, которая объединяет всё пространство.

Not just a restroom.
A statement.

A project we’re currently finalizing — and this one is special.

The client’s brief was bold:
Create a restroom with a restaurant vibe.
Unusual. Stylish. Cool.
With a real wow-effect and a touch of fantasy.
But at the same time — it had to belong to the overall office concept.

The main office style is loft: representative, structured, respectable.
Clean lines. Strong character. Subtle playfulness — without losing its status.

The restrooms, however, are designed for employees — and here we were allowed to push the boundaries a little further.

So we did.

We created a dramatic loft atmosphere built on contrast and materiality:

– illuminated glass panels
– metal grid structures above and over the glass
– ceiling grid painted in the company’s signature orange
– orange faucets and accessories
– bold accent orange tile
– dark metal-effect tiles in black tones

Black and orange became the core visual dialogue of the space.

Industrial. Graphic. Unexpected.

The wow-effect comes from the unconventional layering of materials and light — from how the glowing glass interacts with metal grids, from how the orange cuts through the dark palette with precision.

It’s still loft.
Still structured.
Still aligned with the identity of the overall office concept.

But it has that edge.
That intensity.
That moment when you walk in and don’t expect what you see.

Задача от клиента была смелой:
создать санузел с атмосферой ресторана.
Необычный. Стильный. Крутой.
С настоящим вау-эффектом и ноткой фантазии.
Но при этом — он должен был вписываться в общую концепцию офиса.

Основной стиль офиса — лофт: представительский, структурированный, респектабельный.
Чистые линии. Сильный характер. Сдержанная игривость — без потери статуса.

Санузлы же предназначены для сотрудников — и здесь нам позволили немного шире раздвинуть границы.

Office Kitchen Design Concept 🧡 | Loft Style

When designing this office kitchen, our main goal was to create a comfortable, functional, and stylish space for employees to enjoy their meals — even within a relatively compact area.

We worked within the client’s approved brand identity, using bold orange accents combined with the overall corporate style. The chosen aesthetic is loft, so we intentionally kept the open ceiling, preserving the industrial character that defines this style.

Despite the limited size, the kitchen was carefully planned to be:
✔️ convenient for everyday use
✔️ visually bright and inspiring
✔️ fully aligned with the office concept and brand colors

As a result, we created a vibrant, modern kitchen that not only reflects the company’s identity but also clearly zones the space and enhances the overall office atmosphere.

A small space can still make a big design statement.

Дизайн офисной кухни 🧡 | Лофт

При проектировании этой офисной кухни нашей основной задачей было создать комфортное, функциональное и стильное пространство для сотрудников, где приятно проводить время за приёмом пищи — даже при относительно небольшой площади.

Мы работали в рамках утверждённой айдентики бренда клиента, используя яркие оранжевые акценты в сочетании с общей корпоративной стилистикой. В качестве основного направления был выбран стиль лофт, поэтому мы сознательно оставили открытый потолок, сохранив индустриальный характер, который является ключевой чертой этого стиля.

Несмотря на компактные размеры, кухня была тщательно спланирована так, чтобы быть:
✔️ удобной для ежедневного использования
✔️ визуально яркой и вдохновляющей
✔️ полностью соответствующей концепции офиса и фирменным цветам

В результате нам удалось создать современную, динамичную кухню, которая не только отражает идентичность компании, но и чётко зонирует пространство, улучшая общую атмосферу офиса.

Даже небольшое пространство может стать сильным дизайнерским акцентом.
