ORDERS POLICY:
1. Stocks upload will start every Friday of the week.
2. Browse through the photos of our available quality clothes
3. Comment “Mine” or “M” on your choice(s). The admin will like your comment to assure you that the item is already yours. First Mine or M will be prioritized
4. The admin will send you a message to confirm your order along with the photo of the item and will give your running total
5. Strictly no cancellation or changes once “MINE” or “M” or order is already confirmed.
6. We will allow holding period up to Wednesday every week. Orders will be prepared for shipment by Thursday. Delivery is all over UAE.
7. On orders below 50 (15aed delivery cost), AED50-100(10aed delivery cost), above AED100-120(aed5 delivery cost). All orders above 120AED is FREE DELIVERY
8. No holding period for more than 5 days (reservation allowed from Friday to Wednesday)
9. NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE but certain considerations will be entertained if the item is reasonably defective
10. STRICTLY NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE ON MARKED-DOWN or SALE items
11. Please no BOGUS, JOY MINER, OR NON SERIOUS MINERS. We have no choice but to block them from our page/account
