Please note that by participating in our Special Christmas Contest you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions described here below. www.arcopedico.at ( promoted by Ablaze, ltd) will be giving away from the 2nd November 2015 till the 18th December 2015 a free pair of shoes every week to a lucky Facebook follower. Each week a new challenge is announ
ced where participants have the chance to compete with each other in fastness or originality for a free pair of Arcopedico shoes. Who can participate in the challenges: all our Facebook followers, with exception to Arcopedico employees and their family members ( national and international employees and relatives). The prizes:
Each week a prize is announced: an Arcopedico pair of shoes in a specific model, available in 2 or more colors, in all or most sizes available from which the winner may choose. We take great care in offering models available in all sizes from size 35 till 42 for ladies and 39 till 46 for gentlemen but may be possible that during the contest week one size may become unavailable in a color after being sold on our shops. Please understand that sizes per color are entirely subject to availability. A model will always be available in any size but a color in a specific size may not be available. An alternative will always be offered, no orders can be taken for an unavailable color/ size. The contests:
Fans will be asked to participate in different quests each week, demanding an answer or the sending of a photo. Each participant agrees to the use of his/ her name and image as provided through Facebook to be used and published by www.arcopedico.at for the purpose of the promotion and everything related to the Christmas Contest, on Facebook, on the website and in any other social networks used by the promoter. Winners: winner will be announced each Friday publicly. We will notify winner also per private message where we will require name, email and address for the shipment of the prize won. All information will be treated confidentially all the way, with only name of the winner being displayed as it is on Facebook. Privacy: Any personal data relating to the winners will be used solely in connection with the contest and any private data shared with www.arcopedico.at for the shipment of the prizes will remain private and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Shipment of prize: www.arcopedico.at will provide free basic shipment for the won prize to the destination of the winner free of charge. Basic shipment will be per registered mail with a tracking number which will be provided to winner after shipment. Please note that although we ship prizes within 2 work days we cannot guarantee any date of delivery of the prize. As we enter Christmas season the Post tends to be overloaded with parcels and often will delay delivery by several days or weeks. It is beyond our capacities and we take no responsibility for any delays. Shipment outside European Union: we are pleased to extend our Christmas special contests to all our followers worldwide. Please note we are in the E.U. and every parcel exported from it may be subjected to import tax. These are stipulated by your Customs department and we are not responsible for it. We do declare each parcel as a gift as it is precisely that, but if any import taxes should be applied to it by your Customs it must be entirely carried by you. Winner will not make promoter liable for any import tax or extra expenses that may occur. All prizes are definite and can’t be subjected to changes, claims or returns. No cash alternative to the prizes can be offered to or claimed by participants. This promotion is entirely sponsored and administered by www.arcopedico.at ( promoted by Ablaze, ltd) with no other associates or participants. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these Terms and Conditions without announcement in case of Force Majeure. Entry into the Contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms. www.arcopedico.at will not be liable for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out or in any way connected with the competition or prizes nor shall be liable to compensate participants in any circumstance beyond its control.
