-- Update the design to the present and future time
-- Reduce the costs around 30%
-- Make the funktion better: In this case, that the Award can be held better, and empowers the winner to a "winning pose". A raded arm with the awsrd in his/her hand!

Ottobock Taleo Adapt
Finally we got a sample, of the final Product in our hands. This prosthetic foot is to allow the foot to adapt to uneven surfaces, providing greater flexibility and comfort. This also increases the socket comfort on those terrains.

Originally we designed it, so it will be forged out of a pre-molded part. Later in the project, we designed the surfaces that way, so they can be milled out of a solid.

Todays Erika Award ceremony powered by Volkshilfe Wien for outstanding theses in social and nursing sciences at FH Campus Wien . It was an honor to have designed this award. As you might guess, the statue is based on the "handle with care" symbol, but with hands of two people It is all about people working with people!! / Adam

In the last year I had the opportunity to design a couple of awards. The last one just came out. It is the “N1 Award for the Austria Top 40", with Melissa Naschenweng being the awardee. An other prosthetic foot, that we disigned with for Ottobock is out now. Great and innovativ product, that allows the user to walk on uneven terrain with full sole contact all the time. A lot more comfort and security in daily life. / Adam

The 1C59 Taleo Adapt was designed for active users who navigate varied indoor and outdoor environments and place a high value on effortless walking wherever life takes them. Its hydraulic ankle unit allows the foot to adapt to uneven surfaces for greater flexibility and comfort.

Today the Ottobock Genium X4 is released and presented to the public at OT World in Leipzig. Besides the technical enhancements for motion, safety and seviceability, there is also an esthetical user approach, where the amputee can choose the protection and cosmethic cover them selves without having to consult the orthotic technician every time! We started the industrial design of this product with Adam Wehsely-Swiczinsky, Matthias Ritschl and Ewald Neuhofer in 2018, so we had to decide what back then what is a new look for today. Worked quite well I think!

As many of you know, we design ski bindings for quite some time. It is a very precise, but scupltural hands-on process. You see here some snapshots of the of the Almonte that we designed for Tyrolia. From the sketch in the bottom left corner, over to the mockup modelling by hand (both pictures on the right side) to the final product on the top left side!
