Meet the Crescent Flat, a t-bar style with a long history. Originally made, 20 years ago at Walkon Shoes, it's a design that's been quietly waiting for its return. Walkon Shoes was based in Clifton Hill and it was where Breeze and former business partner Myra first met. When the factory moved offshore, they took on the machinery, materials, patterns and lasts, laying the foundations for what would become Post Sole Studio.
The knives for the Crescent Flat have been sitting in a box ever since, waiting for the right moment. We've modernised the style with an almond-shaped last and a flat leather sole, giving it a fresh feel while honouring its origins.
Over the past couple of years we've stepped away from introducing lots of new styles each season. Instead, we've focused on thoughtful additions and revisiting designs from our archives that still feel relevant today. The Crescent Flat is a perfect example of that approach.
