Unlocking the wonders of sensory play at Hola Birdie! 🌟

From boosting creativity to enhancing fine motor skills, our little ones thrive in the world of touch, sound, and colour. 🧠

As a new mum, embracing the mess of toddler play became my mantra. Now, I'm spilling the secret recipe for our rainbow rice that'll add a splash of colour to your little one's world. 🌈

𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘄 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲

𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨

• White rice
• Food colouring
• White vinegar
• Resealable plastic bags or containers

𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙

1. Mix 1 cup of rice with 1 tablespoon of vinegar for each desired colour.
2. Add a burst of food colouring and shake it up!
(Invite your little one to shake with you!)
3. Spread the coloured rice on a cookie sheet.
4. Repeat for a kaleidoscope of colours.
5. Dry to the touch in about 1 hour.
6. Let the vibrant play begin! 🎨
