My goodness...the flu train has well and truly made some stops in this house of late 😭 almost 2 weeks of being out of action and still not looking to be back to normal any time soon :( I am so over it....

Taking lots of home remedies....vit C,d,zinc, quercetin, tonic, ginger and lemon tea and a host of other things......but this annoying cough is lingering and zero energy.... I can't stand being sick because all you can do is 'rest'....but there is sooo much to do!

What are some remedies you've tried at home that have helped? 🤧
