If you’re into Japanese car culture, put Liberty Walk on your Japan list. 🇯🇵🏁

We managed to visit both the Osaka and Tokyo stores on our Japan trip and I’m glad we made the time for both.

Obviously I knew Liberty Walk for the cars before going over, but seeing the brand, clothing, artwork and whole culture around it in person was pretty damn cool.

The staff were awesome, we grabbed some gear and it ended up being one of those little experiences from Japan that we still talk about.

For me, trips like this are also where a lot of inspiration comes from. Not necessarily a particular design — just seeing different brands, streetwear, places and cultures and bringing that energy home with me.

So if you’re heading to Japan and cars, streetwear or Japanese culture are your thing — add Liberty Walk to the list.

Fast Thrills has always been about more than clothing.

It started as an idea built around the things I love — travel, motorsport, streetwear and getting out there and actually living life.

Building a brand from scratch definitely isn’t always straightforward. There’s designing, testing samples, changing ideas, creating content and plenty of learning as I go.

But seeing people wearing something that started as an idea in my head makes all of it worth it.

I want Fast Thrills to keep growing into a lifestyle brand that represents getting out there, chasing experiences and doing more of what makes life exciting.

Still building. Still learning. And plenty more to come.

🐱 Behind the Design // Lucky Cat Turbo

The Lucky Cat Turbo brings together two unmistakable parts of Japanese culture: tradition and performance.

Inspired by the Maneki-neko, the lucky cat is traditionally associated with good fortune, prosperity and positive opportunities. For the Japan Speed Series, we gave that familiar symbol the Fast Thrills treatment—placing it behind a turbocharger and turning good luck into boost.

The raised paw keeps the traditional lucky-cat character, while the turbo, smoke and bold rising-sun backdrop connect it with Japan’s legendary performance-car culture.

Finished on a natural-toned hoodie with warm red, orange and pink details, the result is playful, bold and unmistakably Japanese.

A little luck. A lot of boost.

The Sakura Wheel design brings together two completely different sides of Japanese culture.

The steering wheel represents performance, control and the connection between driver and machine.

The cherry blossoms represent beauty, change and the idea that every moment is temporary—something that makes the journey worth appreciating.

By combining the two, this design captures what the Japan Speed Series is all about:

Japanese performance culture, balanced with the art and symbolism that make Japan so unique.

Finished in soft pink with bold black detailing, it was created to feel clean, feminine and unmistakably Fast Thrills.

Some cars become more than just cars—they become legends.

The Skyline GT-R has earned its place as one of the most iconic Japanese performance cars ever built, inspiring enthusiasts around the world.

For this design, we wanted to capture that unmistakable silhouette and pair it with the atmosphere that defines Japan after dark—bright city lights, neon reflections and the energy that makes JDM culture so unique.

Rather than recreating a single moment, this graphic is our interpretation of the passion, history and excitement that surrounds one of Japan’s greatest automotive icons.

Every design in the Japan Speed Series has a story.

The Daruma Doll is one of Japan’s most recognisable symbols, representing perseverance, determination and never giving up on your goals.

That message felt like the perfect fit for Fast Thrills.

Building a brand takes time. There are wins, setbacks and plenty of lessons along the way, but the goal is always the same keep moving forward.

This design is our reminder to trust the process, stay determined and enjoy the journey.
