The humble beginning of Livia Mackenzie - Fashion for Little People was inspired by my daughter Livia Mackenzie and love for fashion. With a background in marketing, along with a dream of one day being involved in the fashion industry, the combination of the two were inevitable, and 'Livia Mackenzie - Fashion for Little People' was born. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? To
place an order please email, [email protected] or alternatively private message via Facebook. Direct contact for ordering is preferred to ensure customer email address privacy, however if this is not an issue, orders can also be made by commenting on Facebook posts or photos, please include SOLD, SIZE, COLOUR and EMAIL ADDRESS.
**Facebook at times can have conniptions, therefore if you do not receive a response within 24 hours to your post or message, please email us on [email protected]. CAN I AMEND MY ORDER, OR ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS? Amendments or additions to orders are accepted provided your order has NOT been shipped. Please note orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours from receipt of your order. WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFORMATION? All orders placed will receive an order conformation via email, if you place an order via private Facebook message, please advise your email address in order for us to send you an order conformation. If you do not receive an order conformation within 24 hours please do not hesitate to contact us and we will re-email it through. WHAT IS A PRE ORDER? A pre-order is an item that is either brand new to our range or is currently out of stock. An order will be placed with our manufacturer and we can expect it to come into stock within a certain timeframe. Approximate turn around time 3-4 weeks. PAYMENT
WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? Bank Deposit - Bank deposits can take up to 2-5 business days to clear. Paypal - A Paypal account is NOT required to pay via this method. Please note payment on an order is required within 48 hours, unfortunately we cannot hold stock after this time frame, and your item will be placed back into stock. Once payment has been made, all sales are final and there will be no cancellations or refunds after this time. SHIPPING AND TRACKING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Majority of orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of payment, with the exception of orders paying via bank deposit and pre-orders. Payment via bank deposit can take up to 2-5 business days to clear. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING? All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. WHO WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH? All orders will be shipped with Australia Post in Regular Australia Post satchels, please note these satchels do not include insurance. Livia Mackenzie Fashion for Little People will not be responsible for any damage to goods during transit or satchels that go astray in the post, this will need to be followed up directly with Australia Post. Unfortunately if a satchel goes missing in the post, a refund cannot be given on postage or the cost of the item ordered. Alternatively Express Post satchels, Registered Post & Insurance options are available with Australia Post, please advise if you would like a quote on either of these postage options. At times there can be delays with Australia Post, unfortunately this is beyond our control, if you require your order within a strict time frame, Express Post is the best postage option. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Yes, tracking information will be sent via email along with the Australia Post website link. DO YOU SEND TO PO BOXES? Yes, as all shipping is via Australia Post. CAN I AMEND MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED? Yes, provided your order has NOT been shipped, please email [email protected] immediately to advise the amended shipping address. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Please contact us for further details, in order to quote international shipping charges accordingly. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND? We do not offer a return or exchange for change of mind, there will be no cancellations or refunds once payment has been made on an order. If by chance an item is faulty, we will gladly send out a replacement item at no charge. Proof via email or Facebook that the item is faulty is required before a replacement will be issued.
