Gift Certificates
Under no circumstances are gift certificates redeemable for cash. Any refunds on purchases made with EFTpos or Credit cards must be refunded directly to original card used in the purchase
No Returns On: Leotards tights, socks and wigs (unless deemed faulty). Damaged & Faulty Goods
We will exchange items WITHIN 7 D

AYS from purchase for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable in which case you will be given the option of another choice or refund. Faulty items will be assessed and if an obvious fault is found the item will be replaced. If the item has been worn and/or washed we will then need to send the item back to the manufacturer before a replacement can be made
Other reasons, such as wrong size/colour chosen
We will exchange items within 7 days of your purchase if the size or colour is incorrect but only for the same item in the correct size or colour. We are happy to exchange your purchase but will not refund for change of mind. Returns & exchanges must comply with the following conditions:
• Packaged Items - Must be unopened and in their original packaging with price tag attached and original receipt
• Clothing - Must have manufacturers tags intact and not be soiled, worn, or washed
• Shoes – Must be in original condition and not marked on soles
The Dance Boutique does not refund if you or your teacher has a change of mind and if your child no longer wishes to dance
The Dance Boutique does not sell on approval.
