The Jacket is Complete! It's been such a joy making it and seeing it evolve! I put approximately 13 hours into this, while sitting on the couch chilling in the evening. I do hope someone loves it just as much as I do!
It started out as a doona cover and a plain pink jacket, and some Faux Fur & Trimmings. I cut the Care Bear and Rainbow on the back out from the doona and applied it on. I then hand sewed the Faux Fur onto the Collar and Wrists then played with the diamontes and the marabou on the pockets and lace and trimmings down down front. There's even a little figurine hanging on the top left, Handmade badges and handsewn patches on the right. The whole piece has been lovingly and carefully handsewn.

I've been doing my head in over pricing lately but I believe I've come up with a fair price. 13 hours work + all the supplies I feel would be $230. Also, if you are genuinely struggling and have almost died seeing this jacket and want nothing more than to have it just for you, price can be negotiated and payment plans worked out.
I'm all about affordability and accessibility. That's why it's been so hard to price things. I need to believe in my worth, I need to believe my hands have created a one of a kind special item that someone will adore.

Said goodbye to my beloved Minty from my lovely window display yesterday!
I have decided there are a few plushoes I'm willing to part with. I'll take some pics this week while packing up. Might even so a few lives!
