We started with a love of fashion and the simple wish to bring together a collection of stylish, comfortable clothing, designed to flatter the shape of gorgeous women of any age, every shape - clothes that are elegant yet playful and effortlessly feminine, and make you feel wonderful. Frustrated with the shopping scene, with many online stores geared towards the younger shopper
and "fast fashion", we lacked the time or the inclination to wade through masses of unsuitable and questionable quality clothing. We needed a store that inspired our choices with stylish designs, in quality fabrics that flattered our curves and expressed our individuality. A store where we could find affordable individual pieces that last for more than one season, a store that we felt confident to revisit knowing that the styles and shapes would suit us! This was the motivation for Kara&i. The collection at KARA&I reflects a stylish bohemian aesthetic, that is romantic, feminine, timeless. With years of travel to some of the most exotic, beautiful places on earth, through Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the USA, the shear beauty of these destinations is etched into our soul, and has been in part, the inspiration for this collection. Our clothes are sourced from around the world and do not have a large online presence, clothes for the modern woman, looking for stylish unique pieces, ideally suited to our Australian lifestyle, to create a beautiful and flexible wardrobe. Inspiration has also come from the all gorgeous women around us, by learning how they want to live and express themselves as individuals with a strong sense of style, that is not necessarily the latest trend. We embrace the varied female form, and the many roles and personalities that is the modern woman with a career and family. Our mission is to ensure that every woman will feel effortlessly elegant, beautiful and comfortable in what they choose to wear, and to provide an enjoyable and positive shopping experience.
