Below is a sample of our most popular planning packages, which are packed with high value extras like concept designs, Landscape plans...etc :

-Dual occupancy development full plans set: $5500 plus GST.
-Three Dwelling development full plan set: $7770 plus GST.
-Four Dwelling Development full plan set: $9230 plus GST.
-Developments beyond four dwellings will be quoted individually.

DA plan set inclusions:

-Index Sheet.
-Site Analysis and Design Response.
-Survey plan (Survey by professional land surveyors not included in our quote).
-Proposed Roof and Garden area calculations.
-Proposed Site plan.
-Proposed Ground floor plan.
-Proposed first floor plan.
-Shadow Diagrams.
-Overlooking Diagrams.
-Elevations and materials selections.
-Streetscape elevations( 2 houses either side of the subject site).
-WSUD water calculation roof plan (We will discuss the requirements with you).
-Landscape plan(Landscape Architects fees shall be paid by client if and when specifically requested by council).
-One meeting with your client is included; to discuss the best development potential on the subject site (optional).
-An online preliminary assessment on the subject site is included.
-Architectural Items related to the plans which are raised in Council's RFI letter included; (managing planning process with council not included).
