CUSTOM ORDERS (as of Jan 2017) You may place an order through Facebook or by emailing [email protected] A colour chart is available for some items upon request. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. Orders will not be started if the deposit is not paid. The remaining amount, plus postage is due no longer than 14 days after completion of order. Payment plans are available. If you are having difficulties please make contact as soon as possible. If your invoice is not paid in full and no contact has been made after the due date, your deposit will be forfeited and items listed for sale. Payment options are: Paypal, bank deposit or COD for local orders. (Bacchus Marsh, Victoria) All parcels will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle. Tracking will be provided for packages posted within Australia. Express post is available at extra cost. Signature on Delivery is also available for an additional cost of $2.95 but will be provided free of charge for orders over $150. International postage is available but please be aware that tracking is NOT available for these parcels for economy shipping. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
