BRAND REFRESH
✨Episode 1: Brand Foundation✨

We didn't actually know who we are when we started 😬

When we started Studio Balai, we knew it was a great idea but we didn't exactly know who we are, what's are vision or who our target market was.

But after 8 months of continuously working, we slowly get on the right track. We learned a lot of things from our customers. It is actually our lovely customers who shaped who we are now as a business. We went through every single feedback and Google review of our customers and that built our confidence, solidifies our vision and showed us the exact 3 problems Studio Balai is trying to solve.

1. Very limited option for a weekend activity in Palmerston - Studio Balai is here as a space for fun and laughs to share with your friends and family.

2. Struggle to be comfortable in frobt of the camera or other people - Studio Balai offers a provate space where you can be yourself with zero judgement.

3. AI taking away the fun of taking photos - it only takes seconds for AI to generate a photo but it can never replicate a real genuine experience you share with you loved ones.

We value fun and connection over perfection.

Now that our foundation and values are clear, we will dive into the creative stuff next episode. ✨

✨We are giving Studio Balai a makeover✨

Some of you might know that when we started, we rushed everything and launched the business within 3 months of preparation. We didn't really think about who we are as a business.

After almost 8 months of operating, we think we need to invest some time in creating a BRAND GUIDE KIT for Studio Balai.
So in this series, I will bring you along with me as we build a brand identity for Studio Balai 😊

Next week, I will be talking about our Brand Foundation and the direction we will take in creating this Brand Guide Kit.
