About 18 months ago I decided I would make gifts for all of the children whom invited my daughter to parties. I’ve made dozens of these gorgeous little rainbows and they always make for such beautiful gifts, ones that last longer than whatever the latest toy craze is! Join me on Saturday the 12th of June at 2pm at The Green House, Ballarat for Fibre Rainbows & Afternoon Tea!

I first started Bettie & Me around 7 & a half years ago when my darling girl was still a baby I could push around in the stroller I would stuff with all the treasures I would find into.

We would drive across the countryside of Central Western NSW picking as we’d go, finding beautiful vintage & retro pieces to pass on to their new forever homes.


Christmas 2013 saw my pop up shop at Dotted Eight Cafe in Orange which was a huge success. There’s been markets along the way where I’ve met countless fellow vintage lovers.


In 2017 Bettie & Me branched out into our Cafe, Vintage Shop & Workshop, Bettie’s in Northcote. We had a wonderful 2 years there & loved serving up coffee & treats on vintage crockery.


2019 saw some big changes for Bettie & Me. It was no longer just us. We welcomed our twin rockstars & our cup ran over with love. We’ve also since relocated to Ballarat, a town with vintage charm around every corner. Since settling in I’ve started teaching craft workshops again too!


With that I’ve decided it was time for a name change - it’s no longer just Bettie & Me! So I’d like to introduce you to The Maker & Finder. A space for beautiful vintage pieces that I come across & for promoting my upcoming workshops. I’ll hope you’ll stick around!
