A small but important update from Nightmare Active 🖤
After a lot of consideration, we’ve made the decision to remove AI generated images from our website moving forward.
While AI has been a tool we’ve used during parts of our creative process, we understand that some markets and events have specific guidelines around AI generated artwork. Unfortunately, this has limited some opportunities for us to be involved in larger events that would help us introduce Nightmare Active to new audiences and continue growing our brand.
This decision has been a difficult one, especially as some of our earlier collections, including parts of our first two collections and the Nora collection, involved AI elements alongside our own artwork, editing, concepts and creative direction.
We’re incredibly proud of the ideas, designs, and work that have gone into building Nightmare Active, and this change is simply about making sure we can continue to move forward, reach more people and create more opportunities for the brand.
So, from Nyx onward we will be completely AI free and everything will be done by myself, Cameron and any artists we collab with.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us through every stage of this journey. We’re excited for what’s next 🖤
Side note: we still have a very limited amount of The Creator and The Hunt heavily marked down but it will no longer be on the website. We will post prices and sizes on here at some point and we’ll still be selling at markets until they’re sold out.
