We are on the lookout for a new mature Retail Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
🌿 Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
🌿 Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers
🌿 Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
🌿 Maintain store cleanliness and organisation
🌿 Assisting with stock replenishment
🌿 Assist with store merchandising.
About you:
🌿 Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
🌿 Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
🌿 A genuine interest natural fibre fashion and lifestyle products.
🌿 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
🌿 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🌿 Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
🌿 A positive and can-do attitude.
This is a part-time position initially offering 15-20 hours per week, however there is scope to provide additional hours during seasonal periods. Must be available to work Saturdays.
