1. Full payment required for placing orders.
2. After placing order you will not be able to get the full refund if you change your mind and 20% money will be deducted from the total payment that you made to book the order. So, please choose very carefully. If needed you can call us to know about the dresses in details.

• Refund or Exchange Policy

1. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
2. Exchenge or refund only applicable if the product is Faulty.

• Any kind of complains about product is exceptable within 24 hours after receiving the product.
• If you have got the product by post please

2. Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide Metro city standard shipping time 2-3 days. however, depends on Australian post standards.
3. Western Australia and Northern Australia will take from 7 days to 1 month according to Australia post.
4. Canberra and Brisbane standard shipping time is 3-4 business days.
