Does your baby prefer looking to one side?
We sat down with Dr Amy Clibbens (Norman) | Pregnancy + Family Chiropractor (Chiropractor, Pregnancy + Paediatric + Family Care) to get her top tips:

1️⃣ Try to counter position them
2️⃣ Rotate them in the cot/bassinet
3️⃣ Increase tummy time
4️⃣ Track objects symmetrically

And if it's impacting their sleep or feeding, or they just seem unsettled, that's your sign to see a paediatric chiro.
