I hadn’t sewn for ages until I was given the opportunity to test The Page Turner Purse by Sew MT Handed! There is so much potential for this pattern. It’s shaped like a book so think all your favourite book covers coming to life! Think embroidery files, Cricut designs and print your own - the possibilities are endless!

Here are a couple of bags that I made for gifts this week. It’s the same bag just a little different.

The white bag is made using kangaroo leather and has card slots on the interior. The black is vinyl and has a crossbody strap.

Morning All, as you know I haven’t had much making time this year, but I’ll be at the Batemans Bay Handmade Markets today from 10am with some of the gorgeous items that I did get to make!

Littlest man had a birthday party this morning for two brothers. We decided that a card kitty each and a deck of uno cards would be a great gift for them to share. Little man got busy selecting the fabric combo then held me to task until they were made 😆 I think the creative gene has been passed along because they look pretty good!

Little miss works one or two afternoons a week. Her dad picks her up from school and she usually drags her plastic bag with her uniform in it up to the bathrooms and gets changed then drops that bag to me to bring home… well, when your mum is a bag-maker that just isn’t good enough!!

I worked with little miss to get all of her requirements and then used this beautiful hummingbird poly canvas from Use Your Imagination Designs to create this little beauty!

Sorry for the radio silence from me - life has been crazy and footy season is well and truly upon us 😵‍💫

I’ve been sewing away when I get a chance and, following the release of the new pattern, can share my latest make - the Quick No-Zip crossbody by ChrisW Designs.

This small but mighty bag packs a bunch with a card slot in the main pocket plus a seperate key pocket and easy access phone pocket!

This custom ordered water bottle sling made its way to its new home this morning. Customer chose this pretty Scenic Route fabric for the outer. It has so many beautiful little details 🦜🦋🐸. We paired this with a navy blue waterproof lining and silver hardware

I’m a bit under the weather so using the time to get some sewing done. Here’s a new style that I tried out today! It’s call the sunshine wristlet and has a built in carry strap plus internal zipper and slip pockets!
