20 YEARS OF ROBE. 🥹🎂

Yep. Twenty bloody years.

Today, 18 August, Robe officially turns 20 — two decades of getting Bendigo dressed, changing with the times, backing beautiful brands and being part of this brilliant little city.

A lot can happen in 20 years. Trends come and go. Hemlines go up, come down and apparently low-rise jeans come back whether we asked for them or not.

But Robe is still here. ❤️

And while I’ve only been lucky enough to be the custodian of Robe for part of its story, I’m ridiculously proud to be the one taking it into its next chapter.

To everyone who has shopped here, wandered in for a look, bought something online, told a friend about us, liked, shared, commented, laughed at my nonsense or supported this little independent store in any way — thank you.

You’re part of Robe’s story too.

And obviously, you don’t turn 20 without presents.

This jacket has absolutely no interest in being sensible.

Tie-dyed cotton lace. Black + taupe. An oversized, blouson shape that somehow gets even better when the sleeves are shoved up and the collar is left to misbehave.

Zip her up. Wear her open. Put something a little bit scandalous underneath. 👀
