We are looking for an outgoing and confident Fashion Retail Assistant to join our Biloela team. This position is casual, approx 3 1/2hrs per week, with occasional fill in shifts, with more hours during March and April due to staff holidays. This would be during school hours, so perfect for the mum who wants a few hours out of the house.
We would prefer you to have 2+ years of customer service experience in retail.
Your Role:
We need a competent and competitive stylist who is comfortable with clients and isn’t afraid to make styling decisions. Our sales environment relies on brand knowledge and relationship building,
you must have strong abilities in these areas to succeed in this role.
Team player – We are a small team who work closely together and empower each other. You must take the initiative and be willing to help out in any area of the business to support every aspect of
our team.
This role will give you the opportunity to see behind the scenes of a successful fashion boutique.
From buying right through to pricing and selling strategies both online and in-store, everything is completed in-house. You will have exposure and gain insider knowledge to every part of the fashion industry giving you a head start to your career in fashion.
Role Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience in a retail role.
You must have an outgoing personality that is keen to mix with a variety of ages.
You must be willing and able to take the initiative to be flexible and help out in any facet of the business.
