Ngl, the first week of winter in Sydney has hit me like a freight train.
It's cold, it's raining, it gets dark at 3:41pm. Meanwhile everyone in the Northern Hemisphere is posting beach photos while I'm trying to summon the strength to leave a perfectly good sofa.
Last week I reached a level of gym demotivation that should probably qualify as a recognised medical condition.
The problem is we sit around waiting for motivation to come back. Meanwhile motivation is somewhere thinking, "I thought YOU were bringing ME."
Anyway, if you've watched 47 training reels this week, reorganised your supplements, and called it progress, this post is for you.
