From our Olympic Swimmer and Earthletica co-founder: “The life journey is always different from how you expect it. I first got interested in this space while still training for the Paris Olympics and now my passion for continual improvement has taken me into it full-time. It’s about doing better, but never accepting that we can’t still make improvements and progress. We learn as we go and we focus on what we can control now and what we need to focus on in the future. I didn’t start out as an Olympic swimmer, I started out learning to float. Commitment, discipline and dreaming big is what I built my swimming career on. I may not be chasing the black line anymore but those are things I can take with me.”
