Palazzo Pant Love • As we begin to shift into these cooler months, long pants are typically what I tend to live in, if not denim. But up here in NQ the middle of the day is still hot, so I find Linen Cotton blends so breathable, light and perfect for our winter up here (or lack thereof).
If I go into town for playgroup or the shops, or out for dinner, I know I’m covered if it’s cool, but also light enough that I’m not sweltering.
This is the third colour way I’ve done in these palazzo pants, I’ve done floral rayon (super light), dusty pink Linen and this striped cotton linen blend. I’m on the hunt for fabric for the next round; deciding on florals - neutral - stripe is SO HARD! Suggestions welcome 🤗 xx

My beautiful friend Ella is from England. She came over for a visit recently and of course I threw her in the deep end, surprising her with a modelling gig, no time for makeup or hair or jazz, just her natural stunning self. It was her birthday yesterday too! Happy Birthday goddess ✨🪩

The last picture in my boutique! It was such a bitter sweet moment handing the keys back for MMOKA today. I’m sad to let it go; for almost 4 years we’ve been a part of the Bowen community and the local and tourist support had kept us going strong for majority of that time. My shift in direction to only designing and manufacturing my own stock has produced its fair share of hurdles, but I know the move home & to completely run online is the best decision going forward (considering baby #2 is due any day now 👶🏼). I’ve employed 6 amazing team members during this time - Jorja, Star, Kahli, Grace, Tiff & Caresse (and let us not forget Margie!!). I couldn’t have done it without you ladies! I hope that my space was somewhere everyone felt welcomed, appreciated & safe. A huge thank you to my wonderful best friend, Vicki, who is always taking stunning photos of my products & who always has a strong business mind to lend advice when needed. The amount of work that went into opening the store, especially all the time, hard work and money that my partner Jack has poured into the shop to support my goals; I will forever be grateful for. And to my amazing, wonderful & loyal customers, thank you for always supporting & shopping with me - it doesn’t work without you. Hopefully one day my designs will be in another beautiful store somewhere around Australia & overseas, but for now I cherish the memories & experiences my little boutique has given me.

The Sleeveless Blouse gracing the runway, teamed with MMOKA floral shorts. I designed both MB and MMOKA to be cohesive with each other, so that even though they are stand alone labels, they can be mixed and matched together to create different looks.
