Hehe another self appointed gold star for me. This dress ended up like a second skin! I shortened the train slightly to get just a little lace to applique onto these custom sleeves and was able to mirror the sleeves perfectly which we were both so happy with. I love it when the brides get so giddy during fittings!

Sometimes we need to add a little to the circumference. This dress was a tad tight in the bust so I added a pleated tulle panel and then appliqued lace on top for a seamless look. Wouldn't even know it was there.

To all brides with sensitive skin! Keep an eye out if your dress has a tulle neckline or tulle straps that sit on your shoulders. See how it feels and if there's any redness showing. There are options to fix this. I've been lining quite a few dresses lately with a soft matte fabric. This bride in particular wanted it sheer so I"m lining it with organza for a comfortable feel.

This bride is absolutely stunning inside and out. Wishing her the best in life!

For this dress I raised the neckline almost 2 inches higher using the cut offs and spare lace from the hem so it blended in seamlessly, closed the split, made new straps and lined the bodice. It was a huge improvement and the bride felt so comfortable.
