Brendan Eilola Glass

Brendan Eilola Glass Glass practitioner exploring colour, light, and experimental process across casting, fusing/slumping, and digital making.

Glass casting is a complex, labour intensive and expensive process that takes days to produce each piece. This is why there are limited sizes on offer - if your size is not available, please send a message as one could be crafted just for you!

tABLEt - Flash Firestone

A fused slab with a live chromatic spark. Silver flash, pink heat, cyan transmission — all grounded by a cool aventurine band and marked with forged black seams. Heavy, clear, and built for sunlight.

Sapphire Turquoise Fuchsia Shift — a vertical spectrum that moves from deep ocean blue into electric turquoise and fuchsia interference. Those black structural marks cut through the colour like cooled lava lines, giving the piece a geological backbone. Sunlight hits it and the whole surface lifts.

rTfact - tABLEt

Chroma Burn - A concentrated colour‑field study where heat, density, and interference collide. The surface reads calm at rest, then ignites under angled light — a controlled chromatic burn held inside a small, sculptural form.

First batch of thick stock in preparation for a bit of wearable art. This will be cut up into various sizes and shapes, then cold-worked and fire-polished before finalising presentation. This fused stack is created to dazzle with movement and light. Dichroic layers are fused on top of a rainbow of transparent base glasses and capped with clear to enhance depth.

Latest range of deep drop vessels - these are about 18-20cm tall and 13cm wide and thick walled (heavy). This series are quite different from my previous work in that this was focused on creating layered depth of colour using transparent glass with the interior face being a single complimenting opaque colour. Also, I have included a splash of sparkling magic with dichroic glass and aventurine. These will be selling on my website for $200 each. Currently there are 5 to choose from; Purple, Red, Amber (pictured), Blue, Green (pictured). More in the pipeline...
