Your Order

The current dispatch turnaround time is 2 weeks on custom orders from in stock fabrics
Please allow up to 10 weeks for custom fabric orders
You will be notified when your item is under construction with an estimated completion date



Sales, Returns & Exchanges

All custom orders require full payment before work can begin
Please choose your size carefully, as returns for incorrect si

zing will not be considered

Returns and exchanges will only take place if there is a fault in the item
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time frame you can choose a refund or replacement. Items should be returned in original condition to be assessed
Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs, until the fault has been inspected
