First night back in 3 months, first night back after injuries. Disc degeneration between my C6 & C7 and a collapsed right Pectoral, it's easy to feel defeated, smashing the ego. But what's the Mass city motto? BE A FU**IN MONSTER, KILL EVERYTHING! Easier said then done but I am a monster and I will kill it. For my future self, my kid, my wife......gotta at least try. I have one more go in me. Lets do this, regardless of limitation

As some know I had an MRI the other day after a cortazone shot failed to heal some bursitis that was found in my shoulder. Well though I had bursitis, that wasn't/isn't the cause of my issues. The numbness in my fingers, the pain in my wrists and and elbow, as well as my shoulder are actually caused by Degenerative disc Osteophyte/herniation of my c6 and c7 vertebrae which is smashing my c7 nerve root. This is a hospital issue potentially. Feel defeated. But will keep y'all informed. This Hippo is getting older 😥

Been a while since the last post. Outside of family life, this big Hippo hasn't been doing the best, have suffered from bursitis in the right shoulder, had a cortazone shot but alas the pain is still there, now causing issues with the elbow and wrist. Have also lost the feeling in 2 fingers. In for an MRI today to see if it's actually a neck or back issue. Old age and the concrete game has finally caught up I think. Sad to sit at home and slowly watch the kilos add on but what can ya do when ya can't drive and got kids 🤷‍♂️ hopefully we can solve this issue and I can get back to lifting 💪take care.
