Most of us have experienced anxiety at some point in our lives, and if you’re navigating it right now, from one sufferer to another… you’re not alone. 💜
When you’re in that moment, that panic, that fear, when everything starts closing in around you, what helps bring you back to the present?
Maybe it’s counting. Maybe it’s focusing on your breathing. Maybe it’s fidgeting with something in your hands. Honestly, for me, it’s a mix of all of the above depending on the situation.
Because sometimes life is a lot, and having something sparkly to fidget with feels slightly more acceptable than screaming into the void! ✨
That’s exactly why I’m currently trialling a new anxiety necklace, something designed to be there when you need a gentle reminder to ground yourself, refocus, and reconnect with the present moment.
