Lovely night out to see The Australian Ballet perform Alice's Adventures in Wonderland - fantastic stage production,lighting, costumes, choreography - the dancing was flawless! The strength, stamina and gracefulness those ballet dancers have is inspirational and makes me want to run out to the gym!

Hi there everyone and welcome to my newly created business page for my start up business LRC Apparel! I can't wait to launch and share my products (women's sleepwear made from Australian cotton and organic silk fabrics) with you all later this year! So very exciting and yes very overwhelming at the same time! Since taking the leap of faith and starting my journey as a small business owner I absolutely love working in this creative inspirational space. Such a privilege. However, whilst striving for a more flexible family-work life balance, I am finding that at times .......ok well a lot of the time I'm working much longer hours than anticipated. Probably a lot to do with my personality - perfectionist, type A and getting too bogged down in the attention to detail, rather than just completing the task and moving on! As Elsa would say "Let it go!" Do any of you experience this with your businesses? And if so what strategies have you found effective to minimise this from becoming a bad habit? As a start up business I'm really looking forward to sharing my journey and experiences with you all. 🙃
