This week we donated the balance of our stock to handing over lots of goodies (hats, shoes, fashion, toys and accessories) to help bring a little joy to the lives of families in their care. The work do is simply incredible, helping women and their children escape domestic violence and rebuild their lives through housing, health, education and employment. TODAY IS OUR FINAL DAY. Im feeling a tumble of emotions with the finality of all, but I am excited about a new life, which will not be as a baker (see the second pix 🤪🤪). Yes we have some rather average looking biscuits for all who come through our doors today, just a small way of saying thanks.
My gorgeous Fairy God Daughter Gabi drew this beautiful and hugely detailed illustration of Cocoon and I thought it really was the perfect send off 🌈
Once again the biggest fattest thanks to you all. This almost 12 year ride has been fabulous because of you all.

It is almost time say goodbye! This week marks the final chapter of our journey in Paddington, with our physical store officially closing its doors on Saturday, January 27th. However, our online store will continue to operate for the coming months.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you for all your support over the years and especially in our last few weeks. The love and kindness shown by our local community has filled my heart. The self-doubt that comes with closing a business has been hard but the wonderful conversations I have had with customers in recent days has affirmed that I have in fact run an incredibly special business, we were simply a casualty of tough economic times.

Wow wow wow! I was completely blown away by your response yesterday. We had a monumental number of orders come through and we had sooo many beautiful people in store. Thank you, thank you for all your wonderful support. I am in store today, things are still rather chaotic 🙄, so please be patient with me!
