Let’s make a language for our mob to be safe and feel deadly. Let’s also make our own little code for mob to see other mob and have a laugh or giggle. A reminder of how mob are kind, caring and family orientated in nature. Blak fellas love a good yarn, a good laugh and what’s the best medicine? Laughter. Yama! My name is Kerstie and i am a proud Wiradjuri Yinna!

2023 I asked a really good friend of mine MLA Custom Creations to make some shirts to share with my team at work. Something that made them feel deadly when people stared them out but also to have a laugh!

Fast forward 2025- rock bottom mental health due to reasons out of my control and against my will. I was getting ready to prepare myself mentally to leave the house. First shirt on the top after i riffled my draws for my Barkaa or FTS shirt. I turn up to the event feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Propa busted. But i knew i wanted to meet the one person whos music pushed me to not let anyone break my character. Preach will forever be my anthem for when i am defeated. Sis barks nervous and feeling my energy said “omg whats that say”?. Omg i love it and asked where i got it? I made this to make others happy. I am glad someone felt blessed to have been gifted a simple quote! My thought “we as blakfellas know people stare and point fingers”. Ere dont be jeaulous of my golden fork 💁🏼‍♀️

This a safe place for everyone. Black, white or brindle. And I love my LGBQTIA+ people. Everyone deserves happiness, love and laughter. All of these things are free! It’s free to be kind.

I am also a mother of 4 (and all my adopted babies that call me mum) showing my babies you can what makes you happy! Making people happy and seeing the joy brought to there eyes is enough to satisfy my soul. I am not healed not perfect but I am continuing my purpose and journey but a lot stronger.
