Fifteen years ago, the doors of EyesWest opened with a simple vision: to provide exceptional eyecare, distinctive eyewear, and genuine personalised care for our local community here in Bunbury and the South-West.

Over the past 15 years, we’ve had the privilege of helping so many of you look after one of the most precious senses we have – our sight.

Spring may still be around the corner, but allergy season can creep up on you if you're not prepared.

For many people, increased pollen levels can lead to itchy, watery and irritated eyes.

A few simple habits can help minimise symptoms:

➡️ Wear sunglasses or glasses outdoors to help reduce pollen exposure
➡️ Wash your hands regularly and use lubricating eye drops if recommended by your optometrist
➡️ Avoid rubbing your eyes if they become irritated, as this may worsen symptoms

Taking a few simple precautions now may help you enjoy the change in seasons with greater comfort.
