Cluster feeding is not a sign you’re not making enough milk. It means it’s working. 🤍
Cluster feeding is common in young babies and is not usually a sign of low milk supply. It’s your baby telling your body exactly how much milk to make and your body listening.
Many babies seem to want to fill up before sleeping for a longer period, or simply need the extra comfort and closeness of a breastfeed at the end of the day.
It’s exhausting. It feels relentless. And it is completely, totally normal.
