Think worn-in denim, proper jackets, and pieces with a bit of history behind them.

Behind the scenes, every offer you accept runs through a proper rewards system so your credit is tracked, applied correctly, and ready for you to use properly ✨

That means:
⏳ Up to a week for us to appraise your pieces
⏳ + up to 48 hours for your credit to land in your account

We know it’s tempting to wait — especially when you’ve spotted something you love while dropping off… but our racks move quickly, and the good stuff rarely hangs around.

✨ All genders, all styles — as long as it fits the TLCco vibe

From tiny newborn staples to bigger kid favourites — if it’s beautiful, high-quality and ready for its next chapter, we want to see it 🫶

A couple of quick reminders:
– Max 50 items per appraisal (per week)
– Clean, excellent condition only (no stains, heavy wear, or repairs needed)
– We’re always looking for those you’d pass to a friend without hesitation pieces
