Melbourne Graduation Gowns FAQ:
Are the gowns good quality? Our Oxford-style hoods and fluted gowns are carefully chosen to match the university's requirements, and are carefully inspected before they are rented out. Can you help me fit my gown? There is onsite regalia fitting at the graduation location so you do not need to wear the gown all the way there. Can I get the gown delivered? As we are
a rental service, we do not offer delivery. How do I pay for the gown rental? Once a member of our team confirms your booking, you will be sent a PayPal payment request for $35 - simply pay this amount using your credit/debit card or PayPal account and you're done! Do I need to bring a deposit on the day? Yes, we require a $50 cash deposit on the day - cash only so you can get it back as soon as you return your gown. What else do I need on the day? Please bring along a copy of the confirmation (not the booking request approval) email on your phone or hard copy. When can I pickup and return my gown? We will be open from 8am to 10pm on your graduation day and you can pickup and return the gown anytime on that day. What are these 'degree specific hoods'? Melbourne University requires that each bachelor graduand wear a white-bound hood lined with the corresponding to their degree. These are:
Arts - Stewart blue
Biomedicine - Olive green with cardinal red band
Commerce - Sky blue
Environments - Saffron yellow
Science - Olive green

How do I refer my friends? Once you pay for your booking you will receive a referral code - simply ask your friends to enter your code when making your booking and you will be credited with $5 for each friend you invite! How do I get the referral money? We will pay you in cash on the return of your gown - extra cash for a night out after graduation!
