This lil mama is ready to giddy on up and ROCK this Hump Day! 💃🏼

Magical moments to plan and organize for our Girls Brunch Out! Friendships and partnerships to cultivate and collab with! Kiddos to tend to and love deeply while they heal and need mama snuggles. Finding joy in moving my body and foods that are nutrient rich and fuel me while healing my gut. SO much Apparel and Tumblers to create for y’all. Moments of peace to find time with Jesus and my own thoughts. Romanticizing self care because I too, deserve love. 🫶🏼

Yesterday my life was duller, Now everything’s TECHNICOLOR 💃🏼🌈🪩

Sometimes finding the light in life is harder. Not every season is filled with sunshine and rainbows. Not every situation will be what you hoped for or wanted. And sometimes life feels like it’s just pile up after pile up 💩

But I’m learning that you can create your own pockets of color in life. Friends, listen up. It’s NOT always going to feel easy to do this. Most days I have to POUR intention into creating these little moments. But with the right love, support and strength, I promise life doesn’t have to feel dull 💫🤩

You can dance and sing like no one is watching. You can learn a new skill or try out a cool new place. You can create moments with your babies that are a part of their core memories. You can reconnect with old pals. You can grow closer to Christ and the connections he provides. 💜

Whatever it is for you, FIND IT. BE the light you want to see in the world. Give yourself the same grace, love and kindness you pour into others. If you’re in a hard season, REMEMBER THIS- WE ARE BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLIES GETTING READY TO FLY 🦋🦋🦋

Sometimes all you need in the midst of chaos is a new outlook on it all 🌻

Remember, God is doing this for you, not to you.

In the hardest season I’ve been through, I see ALL of the good God is doing in my life. He’s giving me what I need, not want. He’s creating a version of me that will surrender to him so that I can grow to be stronger, more patient, gracious, loving and filled with HIM 🙌🏼

Leaning into a life that is filled with more Jesus, belly laughs that hurt, friends that are more like family, a kick ass workout crew, thriving businesses, a new love for ice baths, hiking, CO adventures, cooking + teaching my girls fun meals, learning how to bake allll the breads, learning new skills and pouring into my girls.

I don’t have all the answers. But I know that God is FAITHFUL. Keep going mama. We’ve got this. 💃🏼
