✂️ Not all jacket sleeve shortenings are the same.

A quality men’s jacket deserves a quality alteration.

To preserve the jacket’s original design and proportions, the sleeve is shortened from the shoulder. This requires the sleeve to be completely removed, expertly altered, and carefully reconstructed.

Here’s how it’s done:

🧵 Remove the sleeve from the jacket.
📏 Carefully dismantle the sleeve head.
✂️ Shorten the sleeve from the shoulder while preserving the jacket’s original proportions.
🪡 Reconstruct the sleeve head and reattach the sleeve.
✨ Press, finish, and inspect every detail.

The result? A jacket that fits perfectly and looks as though it was made that way from the beginning.

The best alteration is the one you never notice.
