Good afternoon my Lil-aiges Creations followers💜

A little note to say "thank you" to you all and to let you know that I have decided to wind down Lil-aiges Creations over the next 6-9 months (I didn't realise I had so much stuff!!). It has been a wonderful 12 years, but its time for a change.

I will be slowly adding fabrics, haberdashery etc to Market Place, my webpage and I will add posts on FB as to what I have for sale and where if anyone is interested.

I would like to thank you all again from the bottom of my heart for the ongoing support you have given me over the years.

👩‍👧 Once upon a time (okay, not that long ago - 2013 to be exact💡), a mum sat at her sewing machine surrounded by threads, bobbins, and a toddler by her side — while trying to finish “just one more seam.”

That mum was me. Hi! I’m Bronwyn, and that moment was the unofficial birth of Lil-aiges Creations.

🧵 What started as a few handmade gifts for friends quickly turned into something much more. I wanted to make practical, beautiful, Australian-made goodies that people would actually use — things like fabric dolls, keychains, boxed makeup bags, and even masks with a little personality (yes, even the grumpy possum ones 🐾).

💡 Why? Because I grew up learning to sew from my mum, and it became more than just a skill — it was comfort, creativity, and connection all rolled into one.

Fast-forward 11 years, thousands of stitches, and way too many fabric “just-in-case” piles later… and here we are!

🎁 I now handcraft small-batch, quality made gifts in my home studio in Clontarf, QLD — all sewn with love, experience, and a bit of creative chaos.

🌎 From Australia to NZ to the US — if you love thoughtful, handmade, and slightly quirky items, you’re my kind of people.

Hi there everyone,

I wanted to let you all know that due to health reasons, I am unable to attend the awesome Newport Easter Market this Saturday, 19 April 2025 and I have withdrawn Lil-aiges Creations as attending.

I wish Eliza and the team at Newport Market all the very best and hope you are all able to attend.

I've been taking small breaks as my health is up, down and sideways at the moment and sew as and when I have the energy.

Made this cute little coin purse. It holds a number of cards, coins and fits perfectly in your hand or pocket.

Looking to make a few more - what colour combinations do you suggest?
