We do unique group costume experiences for special occasions, such as Hens/Bucks parties, team building and birthday parties in a magical, fluffy dr-seuss inspired wonderland. We have a menu of different magical experiences (2-3 hours each) from Pre-party costume stylings from our expert stylists ready for a night out on the town to a mad hatter high tea style experience (in costume of course). Costume has always been one of my favourite doorways into self-expression and creativity. The right outfit can open something up in you... a character, a story, a feeling you didn’t even know was there. Over the years I’ve seen costume bring people to life on stage, at themed events, at festivals, and in moments of pure play. When we dress up, we give ourselves permission to explore different identities, step into new roles, and express parts of ourselves that don’t always get to come out in everyday life.

Whether it’s for performance, a party, a festival, or just the joy of trying something on, costume has a way of adding passion, energy, excitement, and a little bit of magic to the world. Dress loud. Pose louder.

This is your invitation to go all in. Try things on, layer it up, get a little ridiculous, get a little glamorous. I’ll be there along with some helpful dress-up assistants to help you style looks, find the right pieces, and encourage the outfit you didn’t know you needed. Bring your friends to hype you up, be your mirror (there will also be actual mirrors on site), and give you someone to strut for while you test out your new character.

Try on a few personalities.

Costume has always fascinated me because of the way it can shift how you feel from the inside out. Put on the right piece and something changes... you stand differently, move differently, feel bolder, softer, wilder, more mysterious, more powerful. Every look carries its own mood, its own archetype, its own permission to explore a different side of yourself. Over the years I’ve slipped into a lot of characters, and each one brings out a different emotion, a different energy, a different story.

A big part of that collection is now ready for new lives. Honestly I think it will may feel difficult for me to part with some of these. Come try on a few personalities for yourself and see what the outfit brings out in you.

The curtains are opening on Costume Courtesan’s Wardrobe Clear-Out this Sunday 19th of April…

One of the things I love most about costume is how the outfit starts to move you. A ruffled skirt makes you swish without thinking, tassels start bouncing, long flared sleeves turn into flag dancing, a hip hop outfit suddenly gives you moves you didn’t even know you had. Each look has its own energy, its own rhythm, its own way of wanting to exist in the world... and half the time it feels like you don’t even have a choice, the clothing just takes over. (Is that just me or do others feel this too?)

Our 4th and final core value is GROWTH

Giddy Garden holds Growth as one of our core values, infusing every event with opportunities for learning and development. Our aspiration is for every participant to depart from CAMP with a greater curiosity for life, eager to continue their adventure of self-discovery.

As I reflect on my journey from adolescence to the present, I am struck by the profound transformation I've experienced. Each step forward represents a journey of growth and discovery. By nurturing a sense of curiosity, I've cultivated a habit of continuous learning, keeping my mind active and engaged. This ongoing process has gifted me with valuable awareness and insights, facilitating personal evolution and self-discovery.

Through this journey of personal growth, I've come to understand my core values and learned to communicate more effectively from a place of groundedness in my own identity. This improved self-awareness has significantly helped my interpersonal relationships, creating deeper connections with others.

Acquiring new skills and shedding outdated beliefs and habits brings me immense joy, as I uncover passion and purpose along the way. This ongoing process of growth allows me to embrace a more authentic version of myself with each lesson learned, enriching every aspect of my life.

Creativity is our secret sauce for a magical experience at our events! Giddy Garden are all about embracing our creative side because we know how beneficial it is to nurture. It can help lead to playful exploration, build new neural pathways, unleash our inner children, spark curiosity and act as a catalyst for connection, opening us up to different possibilities and ideas.

Meet , a dance performance artist and a self proclaimed Energizer Bunny. Her passion for movement knows no bounds, and she thrives on pushing herself outside her comfort zone to explore new realms of dance expression and seeks to share the euphoria she feels when dancing with others.

As a fervent advocate for the power of movement, Tanmel channels her love for dance into teaching choreography, floor work, and movement classes that defy convention. Whether she's leading a class or captivating audiences on stage, her performances are a celebration of the human body in motion.

But TanMel’s artistic repertoire doesn't end with traditional dance forms. As a seasoned burlesque dancer, and spin artist, she adds a touch of sensuality and allure to her performances, captivating audiences with her stage presence. From the festival circuit to events like the Coco Poco Loco CyberPink Party, her dynamic performances leave a lasting impression wherever she goes. With recent performances at Esoteric Festival and at Mona Foma, she is poised to continue entertaining audiences with her breathtaking dance artistry.
