Old Fashioned Sewing

Old Fashioned Sewing Mum taught me to sew when I was 11. That was 5 decades ago . . . I do "good old fashioned" alterations to most clothing and fabric items.

School Uniforms, Work Clothes, Jeans etc. Contact me for a friendly chat. My dear mum shared her sewing skills with me , she taught me well . . . . she was a piece worker back in the 1950's , a really fast one . Later on she ran her own business from home whilst bringing up her 4 kids , She created beautiful wedding gowns for brides to be , worked at the Bargain Box Fabrics in Glen Waverley where

she demonstrated sewing crafts . I have been very fortunate to benefit from her extensive skills . . . . . I have been an artist my whole adult life , I can design for you , draft patterns , create something new or simply give you sewing advice . . if you have something you need making or creating , please send me a message and we can have a cheerful chat .
