Protein is essential for survival and surthrival.
It's involved in cell structures, function, regulation, DNA replication, Hormone production, Immune Function... Basically everything in the human body, Literally.

But the thing is.. Supplemental form shouldn't be the first choice. It best comes from your nutrition & eating habits first.

Consume your protein from varied sources. Animal products are the best sources.

-Beef
-Fish
-Pork
-Lamb
-Chicken
-Kangaroo
-Venison
Etc.

Consume daily if possible and base your meals around the protein portions. It makes meal planning easjer too🤘

*If you follow a different protocol vegan/vego supplement is preferred and consume varied plant sources.
