Shed is closed for two weeks!

Remember - you are welcome to drop your rugs off at the front gate in clearly marked bags and they will be brought in and placed in the shed ready for my return.

If you have outstanding invoices/money owing - please get payment arranged asap. Upon my return, rugs will no longer be leaving until payment has been made in full or an arrangement is in place.

Repair’em will be closed from 24 February until 11 March. During this time, you are welcome to drop your repairs off but no pick ups will be available. If you have already been notified that your rugs are ready for collection, please ensure you collect by 5pm Friday afternoon - 23 Feb. All deliveries will be made on Wednesday - 21 Feb. For any drop offs between 24 Feb and 11 March, please leave your rugs inside the front gate - CLEARLY MARKED. These will be brought in each day and put away in the shed ready for my return. I will not be contactable so please message the page to notify of any drop offs so I can prioritise them when I return.

Perks of the job? Probably shouldn’t be 😏 Just a reminder that if your horse rugs come in for repair and do this to me, I will charge you a cleaning fee. This is just transfer on me from one rug - imagine what is going through the machine 🙈 I offer a washing service which is discounted in $$ if your rugs are also being repaired 😁

Welcome to 2024!! Now that my little fella has started school, my new operating hours will be 9am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Weekends by appointment. This is a significant increase in my operating hours so you can now expect much quicker turn around times.

All horse rug repairs, gear repairs, canvas work, PVC work, leather work - I can sew and bind up to 25mm thick so if it fits in the machine, I can sew it.

Well it’s been a looooooooong time between posts! You all keep me so busy that I rarely get on here to do posts (ps. Thank you). We are still operational for anyone new checking out the page! Horse rugs and gear repairs are our main repairs but we also do dog coats, canvas and shade cloth repairs - anything that can fit through our machines can usually be repaired. We also do custom work - saddle pads for ridden and harness work, breastplate covers, girth covers, fly veils, halters, lunge pads, cushion covers, shade sails… again - if we can sew it on our machines, we are happy to work with you on any custom work. If you have an idea you’d like brought to life but lack the machinery or the skills to make it happen, get in touch! We are located at Coolana 4311 which is just off the Warrego Highway at Minden.

Busy busy busy! Has been ages since our last post! We are crazy busy thanks to all the rug ripping ponies out there! We have had a few upgrades including a new washing machine after our original one decided to house frogs - ick! The new one has a lovely indoor home inside the repair shed where no frogs are allowed! With the start of the school year we now have clear designated working days each week where there will be two of us in the work shed. This means much quicker turnaround times and lots of new things on the way! Pick up and drop offs will be as per normal - whenever you like - but the machines will be running hot Monday through Wednesday each week, guaranteed. On the spot repairs and other repairs will still be available outside of these days but those 3 days each week will see most of our weekly work completed. Deliveries will be Thursdays. Of course, we can always try and accommodate you outside of this! We thank you for being so patient and we look forward to being much more efficient in 2023!

You all keep me so busy (thank you very very much x) that I am a bit slow with the manufacture routes I was hoping to pursue… but we are making steps to get started. Here’s something I’ve wanted to play around with for a while! I absolutely hate ‘public speaking’ and I certainly didn’t dress for the occasion - walked straight out of the sewing shed to the stables - but give it watch and see what you think! Stay tuned for an update in 2 weeks.

IF you are an ‘invoiced’ customer, our payment terms are 7 days. Once those 7 days have passed unpaid, your account is ‘overdue’. Given the amount of ‘overdue’ invoices, we may bring in a late payment surcharge or we may stop sending your work out until your invoice is paid.

We are a very small and busy business. Many of our loyal customers are amazing with payment. The last thing we want to do is chase payments or bring in strict rules etc.

If you can’t pay within the time frame just let us know - we are surprisingly easy going and understanding.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be unavailable this week for ‘in person’ drop offs or collections. You are welcome to leave your repairs inside the front gate - clearly marked - and we will still honour all pick arrangements already made. We apologise for the inconvenience and will be fully back on board from Monday.

Business is booming and we are so grateful to you all! We currently have over 150 rugs in for repair. That’s just rugs - we also have custom orders and other manufacturing orders in process. I am working through it all as quickly as I can and working through it in the order it arrived with the exception of emergency requirements. Thank you all for your patience x

Due to a series of unfortunate events (if only it was as comical as the Netflix series), we will not be operational until Monday. We again apologise for the delay but this is looking to be the last hurrah with life returning to normal late Sunday. We appreciate all of you x
