Von’s been painting in oils on velvet for over fifty years, ever since his father Perc Miller had a studio/gallery in Surfers’ Paradise. Von and his muse Josephine have been living on the north east coast of Tassie for ten years now and he’s become known these days as the Baron of Black Velvet!
He’ll be bringing a number of small surf related paintings to Copping, not only on black but also on vintage red and orange velvet.

Annabelle spent the day in the shop setting up for the opening of her collection "Freddie George" tomorrow.
Jessica Rae was kind enough to model some of Annabelle's designs, and I just can't get enough of how beautiful she looks and the craftsmanship that has gone into each piece.
Also featured is a Tasmanian nephrite & jade necklace by
Jewellery designer Erica dropped off a selection of her work on Friday.
I'm really looking forward to tomorrow and hope you can call in to say hello ♥️
